About The DBS Express Store
The DBS Express Store offers real estate marketing products and services, including Apparel for both Men and Women, Options on Caps and also Capper, Promotional Products, Rhinestones, Gift Items and more new items in the near future.
No Real estate or affiliated companies warrant any product or service delivered under this program. All products and services are provided by DBS Express Store.
Designated trademarks and brands are property of their respective owners. All Agents are independently owned and operated.
If you choose to upload your logo on this site, you are authorizing DBS Express Store to use this logo.
All orders will process within 24hrs. Orders will ship within 3-5 days. Please allow two extra days for all custom logos.
Some items may take longer due to availability and we will contact you in regards to any delays in shipping your order.

Personalized/Custom Printed Items Policy
The DBS Express Store offers numerous items that can be customized with your logo, name, or other details.
All Products must have a corporate logo or custom logo on them before they can ship.
When placing an order for a personalized or custom order, please ensure that the item can be customized and complete all necessary fields. Customers will be prompted to upload their custom logo and type the desired name that will be placed on the product.

PLEASE NOTE--added fee of $5.00 is not filled in for each item it will not be processed until fee is paid.
It is the customer’s absolute responsibility to ensure the correct spelling of personalized name content, size and color and upload Custom MC (Market Center) logo.
Returning Items Policy
DBS Express Store will accept non-personalized item(s) for return if requested within 5 days of customer receipt for refund. Item(s) returned after 5 days and up to 15 days will receive site credit. Taxes and/or freight will not be refunded.
All Returns must include a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number. Please call customer service at 281-356-2386 or email customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) for an RA number prior to returning any items.
Items received without an RA Number will not be eligible for refund and will not be processed until we receive a written request for refund.
Returns resulting in a verifiable manufacturer’s defect or a production error from the DBSExpressstore.com will be accepted but still you need to follow the proper return procedure.
Items requesting to returned for a 2nd time will only be issued store credit. No refunds will be given.
Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process.
Returns after 15 days will not be accepted.
Standard logo only items will be accepted for return.
No returns on North Face Products.
No personalized item(s) with personal name or Market Center logo will be accepted for return unless it contains a production error by DBS Express Store.
All Pre-Orders are special ordered and can not and will not be Returned or Refunded under any circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns with no exchange will be assessed a 25% restocking fee including any freight paid by DBS Express Store.

DBS Express Store Requests for Re-printing must be made within 30 days of customer receipt.
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges back to DBS Express Store and for the shipping charges back to the customer.

No personalized item(s) will be accepted for exchange unless it contains a production error by DBS Express Store.
A $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancelled orders per item. An order is considered "placed" or "live" as soon as you receive your confirmation and order number.
By entering in your credit card information and submitting your order, you are agreeing to this policy.
Any orders that are returned in full will fall under the cancellation policy and be charged half price per item for the return. Taxes and freight charges are not refundable.

DBS Express Store User Account Policy
In consideration of customers’ use of the site, users agree to:

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and registration and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under password and registration.
If a user provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate user registration and it could delay the processing and shipment of orders.
The DBS Express Store accepts all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for Visa or MasterCard transactions.
Customers’ must provide your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and phone number on file of the credit card bank. PO Box are not acceptable with FedEx or UPS.
Customer credit cards will be billed as soon as an order is placed. This is done to protect the security of credit card details, as we do not store customer card details.
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing orders.
Orders are generally filled within 2-4 days, with the exception of items that start with KW-AB--- and custom production, which may take up to 7-10 days. Please note that orders will ship complete unless we contact you due to stock issues or delays. Tracking information will be updated once the order is produced, fulfilled and shipped.
Orders placed by 12:00 pm. EST and in stock will ship next-day unless otherwise communicated.
Shipping & Handling Charges Policies
Orders are generally filled within 2-4 working days, with some exception and custom production, which may take up to 5-7 days or longer. Please note that orders will ship complete unless we contact you due to stock issues or delays.
Shipping & Handling costs are set by our respective shipping providers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and the chosen shipment method (next day, 2-day, 3-day, ground).
To determine estimated shipping prices, please proceed to the checkout screen. After entering all necessary contact and shipping information, you will find all available shipping options with prices next to each. If you feel the amount for shipping is excessive, please call 281-356-2386 and we’ll check it for you.
*Orders shipping to a commercial address is always less expensive than
shipping to a residential address.*
